Within the group you are sharing a table with have a look at the handout - From Requirement to delivery to Improvement.
Within your group discuss how your organisations approach the activities required by each task box. I'm sure that not everyone will be familiar with the full set of these activities. If you have a question during your discussion please let me know.
Finally we will have an open discussion on the relevance of this lecture, the handout diagram and your organisation's approach to Improvement.
