6. Improvement Implementation



























Now implementation should be an easy step. The process re-design (improvement) has been well documented and trialled and relevant staff have been trained. All changes have been approved by Management.

Once the new process is being followed, careful monitoring, data collection, and data analysis must be pre-planned and instigated for a pre-determined period. This is to ensure that no previously un-identified errors are detected and rectified.
